We recently replaced our 8-year old Taurus station wagon with this funny little car. We wanted something primarily for city driving and hauling stuff. This car is so practical! It is small on the outside and huge on the inside. It's boxy shape and large rear door allow us to put very large objects into the back of the car. It averages more than 28 mpg, driving on city streets with the A/C on, often exceeding 30 mpg. It is comfortable with very easy ingress and egress to both the front and rear seats and has picture window visibility out its tall windows. It is made by Toyota.
After René retired we wanted to take more automobile trips so we could see much more of our country up close. We chose this car because it is a supremely competent automobile that combines great comfort with sports car handling, good performance and ample trunk space. It has not disappointed us.
The insulated bag for snacks, a box with maps, miscellaneous clothing, etc. ride with us for easy access.
